Choose Scale

AI credits are used to classify replies, have the agent draft messages and clean up your lead lists. Without credits, classification carries on without AI and the agent stops drafting. Prices include 17% Luxembourg VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT. Cancel anytime. Yearly billing: 10% less than twelve months.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

Can Replexa replace Instantly?

For sending, the inbox and replies, yes. Import your mailboxes from Instantly's “bulk connect” file, and the API uses the same paths: your n8n, Make or Zapier workflows only need a new URL and key.

What about mailbox warmup?

Not yet. The settings are there, but warmup isn't active. In the meantime, keep your current warmup tool running on your mailboxes. Replexa takes care of sending and replies.

Can the agent send an email without my approval?

Only if you decide it can. For each type of reply (positive, neutral, negative), you choose: it replies on its own, it prepares a draft for you to approve, or it doesn't reply at all. An unsubscribe request never gets a reply.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, OVH (MX Plan and Email Pro), Zoho, IONOS, and any mailbox reachable over IMAP and SMTP. Bulk import works with a CSV file.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, in Ireland. To classify replies and draft answers, the agent sends the reply text to Claude, Anthropic's model. The full list of providers is in our privacy policy.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days on the Growth plan. Your card is required when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. Starter and Scale are billed from the day you subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription is monthly and you cancel it from the app. It ends at the close of the period you've already paid for, and you can export your data beforehand.

Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, through the remote MCP server. Add it as a connector, choose the workspace and permissions, then read your replies or launch a campaign right from the conversation.
